GameWaypoints provides informative sports analytics, player fixture difficulty ratings, and interactive squad draft pitch simulators for entertainment and analytical purposes only:

• Virtual Budget ($100M): All financial metrics, player costs ($M), and budget counters featured in our pitch builder are entirely virtual numerical values designed for tactical squad balancing. They have zero cash equivalent value.
• Matchway Leaderboard Points: Points awarded in tournament leaderboards are virtual performance scores derived from real-world match stats and do not grant entitlement to cash payouts.
• No Gambling / No Wagering: GameWaypoints does not operate real-money sports betting, gambling, or wagering services.

4. Intellectual Property Rights & Licensing

All original content, underlying software source code, interactive pitch algorithms, visual design tokens, custom SVG icons, graphics, logos, brand trademarks, and AI-generated image assets are the exclusive property of Thor Media Danmark ApS and are protected under Danish and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Thor Media Danmark ApS grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view platform content strictly for personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Conduct & System Integrity Restrictions

When accessing GameWaypoints, Users explicitly agree not to:

• Engage in automated web scraping, data mining, or extraction of player telemetry without prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with our interactive pitch draft simulator scripts.
• Launch denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, inject malicious code, or bypass system security firewalls.
• Submit false, defamatory, or abusive information through support contact channels.

GameWaypoints may contain hyperlinks to third-party web resources (e.g. Leaflet map scripts, OpenStreetMap tiles). Thor Media Danmark ApS exercises no control over third-party content or privacy practices and accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from external links.

The services, player ratings, and match projections provided on GameWaypoints are made available on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thor Media Danmark ApS, its officers, directors, and representatives shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, match telemetry latency, or reliance on information presented on the site.

If any provision of these Terms is deemed unlawful or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms represent the entire agreement between the User and Thor Media Danmark ApS.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent District Court in Copenhagen, Denmark.

11. Modification Of Terms

Thor Media Danmark ApS reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date.
